The Challenges: • Responsible for the effective and efficient operational management of call centre and customer service areas. • Lead and motivate a team of staff in providing consistent service delivery. • Manage customers’ feedback and ensure that their concerns are resolved promptly and professionally. • Achieve stated outcomes in customer service, process improvement and staff development. • Liaise and maintain good relationship with internal and external customers. • Carry out ad-hoc projects when required. Requirements: • A recognized degree with at least two years’ experience in a supervisory position • Diploma with at least five years’ experience in a supervisory position will also be considered. • Meticulous and analytical, possess excellent organizational and coordination skills as well as good interpersonal, communication and writing skills. • Driven, passionate and service minded. • Ability to exercise initiative, manage pressure, multi-task and work independently in a fast-paced environment. • Those with related experience or Nursing background will have an added advantage.
